Rowland Group have an extensive working relationship with Tenpin, providing design, installation and maintenance services across the entire estate. We have worked closely with Tenpin for nearly 3 years and are the nominated HVAC, Mechanical & Maintenance contractor.
In 2021, we were instructed to overhaul most of the Tenpin estate, following years of neglect the HVAC systems were beyond economical repair. We surveyed all 49 sites across the UK, auditing all HVAC/Mechanical systems and proposed a rollout plan to bring the estate into a better working standard.
Following the design of all projects, we started in 2021 to replace the existing HVAC systems with new, this typically included, removal of mercury climatic gas fired AHU’s, redundant controls and R22 AC split systems.
We designed and installed a variety of systems to suit, including Toshiba 2 Pipe VRF Systems, S&P AHU’s, Elta Fans and inverters, S&S Northern Interlock Systems, Tridium Controls, Destratification Fans, Fire Rated Kitchen Extraction, Basement Smoke Systems & More.
