Tenpin Dundee

Rowland Group were instructed in early 2023 by Tenpin as part of the ongoing role out of new sites, to design and install the HVAC system for the proposed new site in Dundee, following a site survey, our in-house design team designed and installed 4 HVAC systems which included the following:

• Strip out of all existing services
• New Toshiba VRF System
• J&E Hall New Cellar Cooler
• All general ventilation systems
• Dedicated W/C ventilation Systems
• Fire rated kitchen extract system
• Smoke extraction system & control panel
• Destratification Fans

The works were completed over a 3-month period, designed, installed, and handed over on time within budget parameters.
