Rowland Group were instructed in June 2023 for the next Tenpin Project, Sheffield. This was the fit out of an old Argos store into a fully-fledged Tenpin site, following a value engineering exercise, we were instructed to carry out the full HVAC and mechanical fit out, which included the following:

  • Strip out of all existing services
  • Installation of 1 no Ciat Air Handling Unit for ventilation for the entire bowl
  • Toshiba VRF Systems
  • Tridium BMS Control Panel
  • Fire rated kitchen extract system
  • Dedicated basement smoke extraction system and associated services
