Rowland Group were instructed in 2023 to replace the existing chiller systems at two IBIS Hotel sites, this included the removal of all existing Ciat Chillers and the design, supply and installation of new Dakin heat pump chillers.

This included the following:

  • Strip out of existing chiller systems
  • Pipework freezing and new valve installation
  • Supply and install of Dakin chillers
  • New pipework installation
  • Thermal insulation
  • Water testing and treatment
  • New twin pump sets
  • Upgrade of existing trend controls to suit
  • Associated electrical works
