Rowland Group offer a 4-hour response nationwide to all contract clients, as part of this service, we hold key stock for clients as required across their estates. A good example of an emergency call out we’ve encountered is Tenpin Star City, at 1pm on a Friday we were called to a kitchen extraction fault, attending within the hour we found the motor to be in a poor condition and the motor to be unfortunately seized.
Despite being high within the ceiling void and above a sprinkler pipe, our in-house team, with the equipment required were on hand to replace the motor quickly to avoid disruption to the kitchens trade. The fan was sourced from our HQ stock and delivered to site in our luton delivery van, alongside a mobile scaffold tower, Genie SLA15, associated ancil items.
All equipment was met on site with our in-house electrician to provide the quickest turnaround possible, equalling in the kitchen back in action the same day.
